
Daniel J. Willever is a lifelong resident of Passaic County and a social studies teacher at Ramsey High School in Bergen County, N.J. He studied history and education at Gettysburg College, later earning a master’s degree in History and Culture from Drew University and a master’s degree in education policy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2019, he was the New Jersey recipient of the Milken Educator Award, a national recognition by the Milken Family Foundation for excellence in teaching. He currently resides in West Milford, N.J. with his wife, daughter, and dog.
